Sigil Industries is building the shared infrastructure that will run physical hospitality.

ROLL follows the guest from discovery through booking and arrival. CASTLE gives the venue the operating record behind that journey. Each side has its own product, while demand and operations meet inside one system under the venue's operating control.

Today, an event published from CASTLE can appear in ROLL. A booking made by a guest reaches CASTLE, where hosts can review it, and remains with the venue through check-in. Both products operate on the same underlying data.

Nightlife is our first field of operation because it leaves little room for abstraction. Demand forms quickly, the door has minutes to make decisions, tables change state throughout the night and revenue must reconcile by morning. A nightclub exposes weak software within hours.

Sigil was established in Varna, Bulgaria. In November 2026, everything described here will have a physical address. Blagoevgrad will become the first complete Sigil environment, where ROLL and CASTLE work together under the conditions they were built to handle.

We intend to carry that foundation across venues, cities and hospitality categories until it becomes common infrastructure. Each deployment will add to the system's operating record. The work in Blagoevgrad will set the standard for everything that follows.
