We are building the missing infrastructure between physical businesses and the people they serve.
Software remade commerce on the screen while leaving the venue behind. Every physical business is still expected to assemble its own website, bookings, payments and customer records, then pretend they form a whole. They do not. A person can visit weekly and still return as a stranger. Digital businesses recognize, retain and reward customers through every interaction; physical hospitality usually starts from zero.
We are closing that divide with shared infrastructure connecting the customer relationship to the operation of the venue. Each business keeps its identity and control while inheriting a common core it does not have to build alone. ROLL and CONTROLL form our first platform: one system shared by customer and operator.
Nightclubs come first because they are hospitality's most demanding and neglected environments. Demand, admission, staffing, movement, service and payment change in public and in real time. Building for that pressure forces the core to address the full problem at once, then serve other hospitality environments without being rebuilt.
Sigil was established in Bulgaria. It is our base, our first market and the place where the system will enter live operation. In September 2026, Blagoevgrad will become the first complete Sigil environment and the working model for additional venues, cities and hospitality categories.
Our ambition is to make this the common infrastructure of twenty-second-century hospitality. The venues will remain distinct; the infrastructure beneath them will not.
The night is not a workflow.
It is crowded, moving, improvised, and alive. Most software asks nightlife to behave like an office. We build for the opposite.
Software transformed the screen and abandoned the physical world. Hospitality still runs on fragmented vendors, manual decisions and structures inherited from another decade.
ROLL makes intent visible. CONTROLL gives operators a clear view of the room. Together, they make physical experience programmable.
The room is the interface.
Nightclubs are the first deployment. The objective is to define how physical hospitality operates in the twenty-second century.
Discovery, reservation, entry, ordering, group payment and recognition.
Events, admission, bookings, guests, staff, floor, service, tabs and settlement.
